So Much to Catch Up On!

Ok...I'll admit it, I have been blog stalking some people. And do you know what I've noticed? I'm am SO far behind the 8 ball. Really, if anyone out there actually reads my blog, I am sorry. Please forgive me. Please keep writing yours, though, they keep me informed and entertained.
(Oh so funny...Reagan is laying on the floor next to me and just noticed herself in the full length mirror. She is cracking herself up!)

So, I guess I should do the official Reagan update. Miss Rea-Rea turned 6 months on the 8th of March. At her 6 month doctor visit, we found out that she weighs 17 lbs. 1 oz. and is 27 inches long. She also had her 6 month pictures taken in her little Easter dress. (Sorry - she has already worn it to church. We broke Easter dress rules)

She is totally into solid food now and opens her mouth at the sight of any. She actually ate some green beans without gagging -- that's progress, folks! She can sit up for a few seconds and rolls/scoots all over the place. I keep waiting to see her first tooth pop out and/or catch her crawling. Henrietta, her horsie (horsey?), is still Rea's favorite friend and she spends many precious moments riding out her frustrations. If you have a baby, BUY A JUMPAROO!!

I still would like to shed some of my remaining baby weight (without working out, of course), but did fit into a skirt I bought before I was pregnant. Hey, it made my day.

Devin and I celebrated our 5th anniversary on March 13th. 5 years! My mom was here for the weekend, so Devin and I went out on a date to Outback. After our dinner, we stopped by Babies R Us and bought a high chair. My, how times have changed!
The first weekend in March brought the first snow Richmond has seen in 3+ years. Reagan and I got snowed in at my parents' house for a few days. Fun for us! It was nice to finally see some real snow and to see Reagan in it....for about 3 minutes. We didn't come prepared for the weather since it was in the 60s when we left to go up there.
Devin is still working like crazy and trying to stay afloat as a financial advisor in our struggling economy. Any time things would like to get better, we would certainly appreciate it. Until then, we'll just keep on keepin' on.

And last, but not least....It is officially IDOL SEASON!! Can ya stand it?! Watch out for Adam and Danny. Adam was amazing last night, but I think Danny has my heart.

Until next time...
